Exchanges will only be processed for full-price items up to 7 days from the date of confirmed delivery of goods. 
Returns and Exchanges are not possible for sale, discounted or custom-made items.

Returns are currently not permitted by CARAT footwear Co.

No refunds will be processed on shipping, tax or customs charges.

Cancellations or changes to orders already processed are not accepted at this time.

Presently, all CARAT footwear Co. products are shipped out of our warehouse in Kuwait.
